(1) The City Council will not re-imburse those clubs which use their courts (Heigham, Earlham and Carrow Exiles) and have been requested by their opponents to postpone a match.

Under Rule 8 the home club is not obliged to agree to a postponement. If they do, however, the visiting club should seriously consider the need to re-imburse the home team or, at the very least, to arrange that this match should be played on the away club’s courts without prejudice to the return match.
