Heigham have a Mens' team in Division Four and a Ladies' team in Division One.
They play at Heigham Park, The Avenues, Norwich and the home night for both teams is Wednesday.

Heigham Lawn Tennis Club has been in existence for 50 years and more and has always had their headquarters at Heigham Park.  Not many clubs in the area can boast that they are still a
 Lawn Tennis Club and without fear of contradiction Heigham can say that our grass courts are possibly the best in Norwich and that the park itself is extremely well maintained and very attractive.
We have a membership of over 30 players with maybe half that number being interested in regular tennis or of a match standard.  The club is always interested in recruiting good club players 
who can aspire to the dizzy heights of the league teams. We have a Mens team (in Division 3) and also a Ladies team (in Division 1) in the City League. In the winter we run a Mixed team in the
 Norwich Winter League.
We could describe our club as having an ageing membership but our junior section has produced several very promising youngsters who are now the backbone of the league teams. 
Hopefully they will stay with us for a while but if University/Employment takes them away from Norwich the club will be looking for fresh inspiration.
Our home match night is Wednesday and we also have club nights on Mondays and Thursdays. If anybody is interested in joining us, why not in the first instance come along to 
Heigham Park on one of the above nights, introduce yourself and if you like the look of us and we like the look of you - who knows?
